What will I learn in this course?

The course promotes an interdisciplinary understanding of ocean issues, drawing on legal, economic, environmental, and public policy perspectives. In this summer school you will learn about the legal framework governing the oceans, including the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, the BBNJ Agreement, and other relevant agreements and treaties, with a particular focus on human rights.
